Ingredients
- 30 oreo's, finely crushed( 2 1/2 cups)
- 6 TBSP butter melted
- 1 pkg. Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 TBSP cold milk
- 1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip, thawed and divided
- 4 banana's sliced
- 2 pkg.. (3.9oz each) Jell-o White Chocolate Instant Pudding
- 3 1/4 cups cold milk
- 1/4 cup chopped toasted Planters Walnuts
- 2 TBSP Chocolate Syrup

Step 1
Mix cookie crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of 13x9 dish. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Beat cream cheese, sugar and 2 TBSP milk in medium with whisk until well blended. Stir in 1 cup Cool Whip; spread over crusts. Top with banana's.
Beat pudding mixes and 3 1/4 cups milk with whisk for 2 minutes; spread over bananas. Let stand 5 minutes ir until thickened; cover with remaining Cool Whip. Refrigerate 4 hours.
Top with nuts and syrup just before serving.
