Ingredients

  • 2 large lobster tails
  • 4 T butter
  • 2 cloves thinly sliced garlic
  • 3 T julienned fresh ginger
  • 2 jalapeno, thinly sliced
  • 3 1/2 oz. pea shoots or watercress
  • 1/2 C finely shredded basil leaves
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Preparation

Step 1

Bring pot of waater to boil. Add lobster tails & cook til bright red, @ 5 min. Transfer to bowl. When cool loosen meat from shell.
In small saucepan, melt butter over lo heat. Skim off foam. Add garlic & cook til goden, @ 4 min. Add ginger & jalapenos & cook til fragrant, @ 3 min. Season with salt & pepper. Serve over pea shoots or watercress with lemon wedges.
