Poppy Seed Chicken Casserole

Ingredients
- 3-4 cups cooked, cut-up chicken
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 cup (or more) crushed Ritz crackers
- 2 tbsp poppy seed
- 1 stick butter – melted
- 1 1/2 cup sour cream

Step 1
Mix sour cream, soup and poppy seeds together. In a round casserole dish, layer 1/2 cup crackers, 1/2 of sour cream mixture, and 1/2 of the chicken. Repeat layers, ending with 1/2 cup crackers on top
Drizzle melted butter evenly over top.
Cook at 300 for 30-40 minutes
