Teriyaki Pork Chops

By

A teriyaki marinade and sauce is a great way to prepare flavorful and delicious pork chops on the grill. This recipe calls for very few ingredients and chances are if you like to cook Asian food, you probably have most of them on hand. The pork chops are marinated in a mixture of oil, soy sauce, ketchup, vinegar, and garlic. The pork chops are also brushed with the marinade while they are on the grill for even more delicious teriyaki flavor. What I really liked about this recipe is that it does not call for any sugar and still tastes great. You can use boneless pork chops or pork chops with the bone-in for this recipe. This is an extremely easy and quick recipe that is great for summer cook-outs. Enjoy.
