(old Better Crocker Cookbook Recipe)
- 16 oz lasagne noodles
- 4 cups whole ricotta cheese (drained)
- 2 cups chopped raw spinach
- 1/2 cup diced salami
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Combine ricotta spinach, salami, egg, salt and pepper.
Prepare noodles as per directions on package
In baking dish or lasagne pan, alternate layers of noodles, ricotta mixture, sauce and mozzarella cheese, IN THAT ORDER. End with Mozzarella on top. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes before serving to set.
