Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked and rained garbanzo beans
- 2/3 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 3 cloves peeled and crushed garlic
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 Tablespoons minced parsley
- 1 Tablespoon paprika
- pita wedges or pita chips

Step 1
Puree in blender : garbanzo beans, tahini, garlic, and lemon juice, adding water, if needed, to desired consistency, to make mixture soft and spreadable. Mound hummus in a large bowl. Drizzle olive oil over the mound. Garnish with parsley and paprika. Serve with pita wedges or pita chips.
