Ingredients

    cups cooked and rained garbanzo beans

  • 2/3

    cup tahini

  • 1/4

    cup lemon juice

  • 3

    cloves peeled and crushed garlic

  • 1

    teaspoon sea salt

  • 1/4

    cup olive oil

  • 2

    Tablespoons minced parsley

  • 1

    Tablespoon paprika

  • pita wedges or pita chips

Directions

Puree in blender : garbanzo beans, tahini, garlic, and lemon juice, adding water, if needed, to desired consistency, to make mixture soft and spreadable. Mound hummus in a large bowl. Drizzle olive oil over the mound. Garnish with parsley and paprika. Serve with pita wedges or pita chips.
