Ingredients
- 1 cup chocolate chips, melted and cooled
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 prepared 9" chocolate wafer crumb crust
- 3 cups strawberries, halved
- 2 oz semi-sweet chocolate, melted and cooled
Preparation
Step 1
Using medium speed of an electric mixer, beat together melted chocolate chips, cream cheese, honey and vanilla until fluffy. Spread chocolate mixture in crumb crust. Cover and refrigerate until firm, about 1 to 2 hours. Lightly press halved strawberries, cut side down, into top of chocolate mixture. Drizzle with melted chocolate. Refrigerate for up to 4 hours.
