Ingredients
- 4 lbs Apples
- 2 cups water
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Step 1
Peel apples. Add lemon and water. Bring to a boil. Decrease heat, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes. Uncover and continue to cook until thick. Add sugar and cinnamon.
