Steak Marinades 2

Ingredients

  • Korean Marinade:
  • Makes 4 cups
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1 1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2/3 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha chili sauce
  • 1/2 cup sesame oil
  • 4 oz. dark brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
  • Directions:
  • Dump all the ingredients into a bowl and mix them together. Store in a plastic or glass container until ready to use.

Preparation

Step 1

Red Rub:

Ingredients:
¼ cup smoked paprika
¼ cup kosher salt
¼ cup raw sugar
2 tablespoons dark chili powder
1 tablespoon granulated garlic
1 tablespoon granulated onion
1 ½ tablespoon black pepper
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon celery salt
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper

Directions:
Mix together in a bowl. You will have leftover rub; store it in an air-tight container until ready to use.
