Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 cups oatmeal
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup vegetable shortening
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation
Step 1
Mix wet ingredients well, then add the dry. Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 9 to 12 minutes. Makes about 3 dozen.
