Rice: Wild Rice Teriyaki Saute

  • 1 cup Lundberg Wild Rice Blend
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 small red onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 T butter or olive oil
  • 3 T teriyaki

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare rice. In a separate pan, saute vegetables and garlic in the butter or olive oil over medium heat for 5-7 mins. Add teriyaki and simmer until liquid is absorbed. Stir in the rice and serve.
