Egg Souffle

Ingredients

  • 12 eggs
  • 4 cups milk
  • 12 slices bread (no crusts)
  • 1/2 lb. sausage, brown
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Whip eggs. Add milk, mustard, & salt. Add bread, cheese, & sausage. Put in glass 9x 13 pan. Refrigerate overnight.

Bake at 350* for 1 hour or until knife comes out clean.
