Ingredients
- Spices:
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 c onions, diced
- 3 stalks celery, diced
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 8 c broth
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1 zucchini, diced
- 3 c cabbage roughly chopped about 1/2 a head
- 1/2 medium cauliflower chopped, fresh or froz.
- 1 c green beans chopped, fresh or froz.
- 1 can tomatoes, diced --15 oz
- 3 bay leaves
- 2 T vinegar
- Creole:
- 2 t basil, 1 t oregano, 1 T paprika, 1 t black pepper, 1/4 t cayenne pepper, 1/2 t thyme
- Italian:
- 2 t parsley, 2 t basil, 1 t oregano, 1/2 t thyme, 1/2 t sage, 1/2 t black pepper
- Garden Herbs: 2 T chopped thyme, 1/4 c fresh chopped parsley, 1/2 c fresh chopped basil
