Ingredients
- 1 lb. (450 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 small onion, cut into thin wedges
- 1 jar (645 mL) pasta sauce
- 2 cups elbow macaroni, cooked
- 1-1/2 cups Kraft Part Skim Mozzarella Shredded Cheese, divided
Preparation
Step 1
COOK chicken in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray 5 min., stirring frequently. Add vegetables; cook 5 min. or until chicken is done, stirring occasionally.
ADD pasta sauce and macaroni; cook 5 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
STIR in 1/2 cup cheese. Remove from heat. Top with remaining cheese; cover. Let stand 2 min. or until cheese is melted.
