  • Dressing
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 anchovies, minced (optional)
  • 1/2 Cup parsley
  • 4 Calabrian chilis, minced
  • 2 TBS crushed red pepper
  • 3 TBS fresh lemon juice
  • I cup olive oil
  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • Bread crumbs


Preparation time 10mins
Cooking time 10mins


Step 1

Preheat oven to 500 degrees
Whisk dressing ingredients together

Toss dressing with cauliflower and roast until tender about 10 minutes.

Remove from oven and then top with a few tablespoons of breadcrumbs.
