Ingredients

  • 1 1/2

    organic bananas

  • 1/2

    cup organic applesauce

  • 2

    teaspoon vanilla

  • 1/2

    cup brown sugar or sucanat

  • 1

    cup whole-wheat flour (scant)

  • 1 1/4

    teaspoon baking powder

  • dash salt

  • 1

    teaspoon cinnamon

  • dash nutmeg

  • 3/4

    cup oatmeal

  • 2

    tablespoon Wild Oats Organic Raisins

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Blend bananas, applesauce, vanilla and brown sugar in blender until creamy. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Add the blended wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well. Stir in the oatmeal and raisins. Drop by spoonfuls onto baking sheet. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until just golden brown.
