Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole

  • tub (10 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Original Cooking Creme

  • lb. fresh asparagus spears, cut into 1-inch lengths

  • oz. OSCAR MAYER CARVING BOARD Slow Cooked Ham, chopped

  • cup KRAFT Shredded Swiss Cheese, divided
  • 10 10
  • RITZ Crackers, crushed (about 3/4 cup)

  • cups hot cooked wild rice

Preparation

Step 1


HEAT oven to 375ºF.

COMBINE first 4 ingredients and 1/2 cup Swiss cheese; spoon into 1-1/2-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray. Top with remaining Swiss cheese; cover.

BAKE 45 min. or until heated through, uncovering and topping with cracker crumbs for the last 30 min.

SERVE over rice.

Serving Suggestion
Serve with a crisp, mixed green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Lite Dressing.
Substitute
Substitute 1-1/2 cups small fresh broccoli florets for the asparagus.
Make Ahead
Assemble casserole as directed except do not top with crumb topping. When ready to serve, top with crumb topping and bake as directed, increasing baking time if necessary until casserole is heated through.
