Strawberry Dessert Cake

Ingredients

• 1 white cake mix
• 2 8oz. cream cheese
• 2 cups whipping cream
• 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
• 4 Tbl. Lemon juice
• 2 tsp. vanilla
• 2 pks. Danish Dessert

Preparation

Step 1

Bake cake as per directions in a lg. cookie sheet pan or two regular cake pans, then cool. Whip cream and blend in cream cheese. Add the powdered sugar, lemon juice and vanilla. Spread mixture on cake. Cook and cool the Danish Pudding and put on top of cream cheese mixture. Cool in fridge for a few hours. Top with strawberries or raspberries if desired.
