Ingredients

1 graham cracker crust either bought or hand made
4 8oz bars of cream cheese
1 1/2 cups sugar
6 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
16 oz sour cream
1 Tbs corn starch

Preparation

Step 1

Cream cheese,sugar,eggs and vanilla. Mix well. Add sour cream and corn starch. Place in a 10" springform pan lined with a graham cracker crust or place in bought 4 graham cracker pies. Bake at 350 for one hr.
