Ingredients
- 2 cups croutons, garlic or caesar
- 3 qts Romaine, torn into bite size pieces
- 1/4 cup parmesan
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 T. worcestershire
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 egg (coddled)
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
Sprinkle greens with cheese. Drizzle on oil mixed with worcestershire, salt and pepper. Toss gently. Pour on lemon juice and beaten egg, toss until egg specks disappear. Add croutons and serve.
