Ingredients
- 2 POUNDS YELLOW RICE MIX 2 CHOPPED TOMATOES
- 4 CHICKEN QUARTERS SKINNED OREGANO TO TASTE
- 1/3 CUP CHOPPED GARLIC 1 TSP. GARLIC POWDER
- 1 ONION CHOPPED 2 QUARTS CHICKEN BROTH
- 1/2 GREEN PEPPER CHOPPED 1/4 CUP OLIVE OIL
- 1 CUP WHITE RICE
- 2 BAY LEAVES
Preparation
Step 1
SKIN CHICKEN AND BOIL IN WATER UNTIL DONE (SAVE BROTH) LET COOL AND DEBONE
SAUTE GARLIC, GREEN PEPPER AND ONION IN OLIVE OIL
PREPARE YELLOW RICE USING THE BROTH FROM COOKING CHICKEN AND ADD THE WHITE RICE.
ADD OLIVE OIL, SAUTEED INGREDIENTS, BAY LEAF, TOMATO AND SEASONINGS
ADD CHICKEN PIECES AND COOK UNTIL RICE IS DONE ABOUT 30 MINUTES @350
