Ingredients
- 1 Cup (1/2 lb)butter or Oleo, soft
- 1 Cup of Peanut Butter
- 1 Cup of Brown Sugar
- 1 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp of Vanilla
- 3 1/2 Cups of All Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, beat Butter until creamy. Gradually beat in Peanut Butter, then Brown Sugar and then Graulated Sugar.
Beat in Eggs then Vanilla.
Then Blend in the Flour and Baking Soda, then add Milk into mixture.
Make one inch balls out of mixture and place each ball on greased cookie sheet pan 2 inches apart.
Press each ball twice with a fork making a criss-cross pattern.
Bake in pre-heated oven at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes
