Ingredients

    cup cooked brown rice

    cup shelled hempseed

  • 1

    cup chopped flat-leaf parsley

  • 1

    cup grated carrots

  • 2

    Tbsp. chopped fresh mint

    bunch (1¾ ounces) chopped fresh cilantro

    Tbsp. finely chopped green onions

    tsp. dried basil, crushed between your fingers

  • ½

    tsp. crushed red pepper flakes

  • or dried Aleppo pepper

  • cup fresh lime juice (about 4 limes)
