Jilly's Crispy Dogs with Mac N' Cheese

  • 2-4 Hot Dogs depending on how many people are eating
  • 1 box of any Mac N' Cheese
  • Pepper (Optional)
  • Red Pepper Flakes (Optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare Mac N' Cheese as the box instructs. Add Pepper if you like.

Turn burner on Med and slice hot dogs in half (not cutting all the way through) and fold open and put face down on skillet and put a small plate on top for about 3 minutes. The plate will be hot when you remove, I just use the tongs. Then turn over the hot dogs and grill on the other side. You shouldn't need the plate because they are usually pretty flat from the first time, but if need be put the plate back on and grill for another three minutes or until desired crispy-ness is done.

Once done plate up desired portions and add a sprinkle of red pepper if you like spicy things like me!
