Ingredients

  • cups flour

  • 1

    Tbs baking powder

  • ½

    tsp salt

  • 3

    eggs

  • cups sugar

  • ¾

    cup oil

  • ½

    tsp vanilla extract

  • ½

    cup orange juice

  • ¼

    cup water

  • 4

    oz. bittersweet choc. melted and cooled

  • ¾

    cup brown sugar for the crumb mixture

  • 2

    heaping tsp cinnamon

  • 2

    Tbs flour

  • 5

    Tbs. oil

  • ¼

    cups choc. chips

Directions

Mix ing. for the crumbs and set aside. Preheat oven to 350. Combine flour,baking powder and salt in one bowl. In a mixer,beat eggs with sugar. Add flour mixture and oil,vanilla extract,orange juice and water. Mix well. Remove half of the batter(exactly half) and stir in the melted choc. that has cooled slightly. Pour choc. batter into the bottom of a greased loaf pan. Smooth down batter and cover evenly with crumb mixture. Slowly pour white batter over crumb mixture. Bake for one hour and ten min. If making in a Bundt or even a round springform pan reduce baking time to one hr.
