• box of ice cream sandwiches
• jar of hot fudge topping
• 12 oz carton Cool Whip
• 10 oz pkg toffee chips
• chocolate syrup

Preparation

Step 1

Line bottom of 9 x 13 pan with ice cream sandwiches. Spread hot fudge topping on top. Spread thawed cool whip on top. Sprinkle with 10 oz pkg toffee bits. Drizzle with chocolate syrup.
