Ingredients
- box of ice cream sandwiches
- jar of hot fudge topping
- 12 oz carton Cool Whip
- 10 oz pkg toffee chips
- chocolate syrup
Preparation
Step 1
Line bottom of 9 x 13 pan with ice cream sandwiches. Spread hot fudge topping on top. Spread thawed cool whip on top. Sprinkle with 10 oz pkg toffee bits. Drizzle with chocolate syrup.
