Ingredients

  • 1 lb crawfish tails
  • 2 C grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 stick real butter melted
  • 1 t salt
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1/2 C chopped onions
  • 1/2 C chopped green onions
  • 1 Jiffy cornbread
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 t baking soda
  • 1 t Tony's Creole seasoning
  • 2 hot peppers chopped
  • 1/2 bell pepper chopped

Mix ingredients and bake in a 9 x 12 pan at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
