Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower broken into small florets
  • 10 oz. frozen peas, thawed
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1/4 c. bacon bits
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan
  • 1 c. shredded cheddar
  • 1 c. light mayo
  • 8 oz. light sour cream
  • 1 T. prepared mustard
  • 2 T. Splenda
  • 2 T. distilled vinegar
  • 1 T. Seasoned salt

Step 1

Toss first 7 ingredients together. Mix last 6 and pour over the vegetables. Mix well.
