  • 1/4 cup bacon grease
  • 1/2 cup dried green pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup chopped dried onion flakes
  • 6 pieces of bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
  • 1 beef bouillon cube
  • 1 1/4 cups hot water
  • 16 ounces tomato sauce
  • 1 t sugar
  • 1 t pepper
  • 1 1/3 cups minute rice

Cooking time 45mins


Step 1

Saute green pepper and onion flakes in bacon grease. Dissolve bouillon in hot water and add. Combine tomato sauce, sugar pepper and briang to simmer. Add rice and cover and remove from heat. Let sit 15 minutes and sprinkle with crumbled bacon
