Cake-Pistachio

Ingredients

• Frosting:
• White or Yellow cake mix
• 3 egg whites
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 8 oz plain fat free yogurt
• 1 small box pistachio instant fat free sugar free pudding
• 12 oz can of diet lemon lime soda
• 1 1/2 cups skim milk
• 1 small box instant pistachio fat free sugar free pudding
• 8 oz tub of Cool Whip Free

Preparation

Step 1

Cake: Mix all together except soda; once mixed add the soda and mix together.

Frosting: Mix milk and pudding together for 2 minutes. Fold in cool whip. Spread over cake. Keep refrigerated.
