Lemon Poppyseed Cake

  • 1 pkg Lemon cake mix
  • 1 large pkg instant vanilla pudding
  • 4 eggs (or 1 cup egg beaters)
  • 1/2 cup salad oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup poppyseeds



Step 1

Beat ingredients 2 minutes. Add poppyseeds last minute.

Bake in greased and floured bundt pan at 350 degrees for 45 - 50 minutes.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar when cool.

(When made with egg beaters in place of eggs, 245 calories per serving and 5.5 g fat.)
