Lemon Poppyseed Cake

- 1 pkg Lemon cake mix
- 1 large pkg instant vanilla pudding
- 4 eggs (or 1 cup egg beaters)
- 1/2 cup salad oil
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup poppyseeds
Beat ingredients 2 minutes. Add poppyseeds last minute.
Bake in greased and floured bundt pan at 350 degrees for 45 - 50 minutes.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar when cool.
