Chex Muddy Buddies/Puppy Chow

Ingredients

• 1 C chocolate chips
• 1/2 C peanut butter
• 1/4 C butter
• 1 t vanilla
• 9 C Chex (any variety)
• 1 1/2 C p sugar

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix chips, peanut butter and butter. Microwave til melted. Stir smooth. Stir in vanilla.
2. Place cereal in large bowl. Pour chocolate mixture over cereal, stirring til evenly coated. Pour into 2 gal plastic bag.
3. Add p. sugar. Seal bag; shake til well coated. Spread on wax paper to cool. Store in airtight container.
