Zucchini Leek Soup

Ingredients

• 6 zucchini peeled and chunked
• 1 leek sliced and diced
• 1 onion diced
• 2 Tbs oil
• 2 Tbs chicken soup mix
• 1 Tbs onion soup mix
• 1 Tbs parsley
• salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Saute onion ,add zucchini. When it's soft add leek. Saute 7-10 min.Add water to cover.Cook 1 1/2 hrs.
