Easy Easy Little Sour Cream Biscuits

Buttery, and delicious. Pile them on a buffet table with ham, and all the trimmings. Wonderful for luncheons, parties, brunch, breakfast, and the list goes on! Stuff with your favorite recipe!

Ingredients

  • 2 sticks unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups self-rising flour

Preparation

Step 1

Combine butter and sour cream. Blend in flour, mixing thoroughly
Fill ungreased mini-muffin pans with heaping teaspoons batter. Bake at 400 degrees 15 minutes. Cool slightly before removing from pans

We had these for supper tonight and they were a big hit!

So easy and delicious. Great with slivers of salty ham and a little orange marmalade for an appetizer. A must have on the Holiday buffet table, for certain.
