Crunchy Cabbage

Ingredients

  • 1 Pound Cabbage, shredded
  • 4 Green onions, sliced
  • 1/2 Cup Butter
  • 2 Packages Ramen noodles, (do not use flavor pkg)
  • 1 Ounce Sunflower seeds
  • 1 Cup Almonds, slivered
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup White vinegar
  • 3/4 Cup Canola oil

Directions

In a large skillet lightly brown the butter, uncooked Ramen noodles (broken small), sunflower seeds and almonds. Cool on paper towels and set aside.
Mix sugar, vinegar and oil; bring to a boil for 1 minute and cool. Set aside
Combine cabbage, green onion and crispy mixture together and pour salad dressing over.
