Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Pounds Ground Beef
- 1/2 Cup White Minute Rice
- 2 Tablespoons Minced onion
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/8 Teaspoon Pepper
- 1 Can Condensed tomato soup
- 1 Can Water
Preparation

Directions
Mix ground beef , rice, onion, salt and pepper together and shape into 1 inch balls. Place balls into skillet.
Mix tomato soup with water and pour over.
Cover and cook 1 hour over medium heat.
