Ingredients

  • 1 bunch kale
  • 1/4 cup filtered water
  • 1/2 organic red pepper cut into pieces
  • 1/4 organic yellow onion, chopped
  • 1 1/4 organic raw cashews, may use macademia or pine nuts
  • 2 teaspoons or 1/2 lemon juice
  • 3 gloves garlic
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 1/2 organic sea salt
  • 1 tsp tahini
  • organic hot peppers to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Blend everything except kale in processor. Should be thick. Can store in air tight container for up to 2 weeks.
wash and spin curly kale
mix cheese sauce through kale until thoroughly worked in
Spread on dehydrator trays. Put in dehydrator at 115 for 24 hours.
