Ingredients
- 1 bunch kale
- 1/4 cup filtered water
- 1/2 organic red pepper cut into pieces
- 1/4 organic yellow onion, chopped
- 1 1/4 organic raw cashews, may use macademia or pine nuts
- 2 teaspoons or 1/2 lemon juice
- 3 gloves garlic
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1 1/2 organic sea salt
- 1 tsp tahini
- organic hot peppers to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Blend everything except kale in processor. Should be thick. Can store in air tight container for up to 2 weeks.
wash and spin curly kale
mix cheese sauce through kale until thoroughly worked in
Spread on dehydrator trays. Put in dehydrator at 115 for 24 hours.
