Ingredients

  • 1

    bunch kale

  • ¼

    cup filtered water

  • ½

    organic red pepper cut into pieces

  • ¼

    organic yellow onion, chopped

  • organic raw cashews, may use macademia or pine nuts

  • 2

    teaspoons or ½ lemon juice

  • 3

    gloves garlic

  • 1

    tsp ground cumin

  • 2

    tsp onion powder

  • organic sea salt

  • 1

    tsp tahini

  • organic hot peppers to taste

Directions

Blend everything except kale in processor. Should be thick. Can store in air tight container for up to 2 weeks. wash and spin curly kale mix cheese sauce through kale until thoroughly worked in Spread on dehydrator trays. Put in dehydrator at 115 for 24 hours.
