- 2 cups (4 oz) French's French Fried onions
- 2 TB flour
- 4 (5 oz) boneless chicken breasts
- 1 egg, beaten

Crush French fried onions with flour in plastic bag
Dip chicken into egg; then coat in onion crumbs
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or 160 degrees internal temperature.
Zesty tip: Substitute 1/4 cup any flavor mustard instead of beaten egg.
