Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 pound skinless boneless chicken breast, cut into 1 inch cubes

Step 1
Mix all ingredients except chicken in medium glass or plastic bowl. Stir in chicken. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Thread chicken on skewers leaving space between each piece. Place skewers on rack in broiler pan. Brush with marinade. Broil until chicken is white.
