Ingredients

    boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into 1 inch strips

    teaspoons seasoning salt

  • 2

    tablespoons olive oil

  • 1

    (16 ounce) jar salsa

  • 1

    clove garlic, finely chopped

  • 1

    (16 ounce) jar Alfredo sauce

  • 1/2

    cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

  • 1

    pound fettuccine

Directions

Sprinkle chicken with seasoning salt. Heat skillet over medium high heat. Add oil to skillet and heat. Add chicken and brown quickly. Add salsa and garlic. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 minutes. Cook fettuccine; drain well. Add alfredo sauce to chicken mixture and continue cooking until sauce is hot and bubbly. Stir in parmesan cheese. Arrange chicken strips and sauce over pasta.
