Carmel Apple Streusel Bars
- 1 8 ounce can Crescent Recipe Creations
- 3 cups chopped, peeled and cored apples
- 1/2 cup carmel topping
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine softened
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup quick cooking oats
- 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Heat oven to 375. Spray a 13x9 glass baking sheet with cooking spray. Unroll dough and press in bottom and 1/2 up the sides od the pan. Sprinkle apples over dough.
In 1 quart saucepan, heat carmel toping, and 1/4 cup flour to boiling over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute continuing to stir until thickened. Drizzle over apples.
In medium bowl, mix brown sugar, flour, oats and cinnamon. With pastry blendet, cut butter, until mixture looks like fine crumbs. Stir in pecans. Sprinkle over apples.
Bake 18 to 22 minutes or until top is golden brown and apples are tender.
