Ingredients

  • 2 oz. onion, thinly sliced
  • 6-ounces baked ham, cut into [1/4]-inch cubes or 6 oz. frankfurters, cut into slices
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 10-ounces cans navy or white beans (preferably low-sodium), drained and rinsed
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar replacement
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients and bake at 300 F. for 35 minutes.
