Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredients

  • 15 - 20 flour tortillas
  • 4 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1/2 - 1 # cheddar cheese,shredded
  • 1/2 # monterey jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • salt, pepper, garlic to taste
  • 1/2 stick oleo
  • 2 T picante sauce
  • 1 can chopped green chilies
  • 1/2 pint sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix chicken, onion, 1/2 of the cheeses, soups,salt, pepper, garlic , oleo, sauce, green chilies. Fill tortillas with 2 T meat mix and place in 9x13 pan. Pour remaining mix on top. Sprinkle enchiladas with the rest of the cheese. Bake for 20 - 30 minutes.
