Ingredients
- 2 c sugar
- 3 T clear jel
- 1 tsp ascorbic acid (Fruit Fresh)
- 1/3 c lemon juice
- 5-1/2 c diced peached (I put them in my food processor)
- 1/2 c light Karo syrup

Step 1
Mix sugar, ascorbic acid and clear jel. Stir lemon juice in the peaches, add Karo syrup and the sugar mixture. Mix well. Put in freezer containers.
(I have made it with a combination of peaches and bananas. 41/2 cups of peaches to 1 cup bananas) (The bananas were fairly ripe.)
