Ingredients
- 200 g Cooked chestnut (steam it by yourself, or buy it)
- 10 g Icing sugar
- Simple syrup, as need
Preparation
Step 1
Put the chestnut and icing sugar in the food processor bowl, and process until smooth.
Add the syrup and process until you get smooth but not watery paste (preferred to be dry) .
