CHICKEN SALAD PIE from Phyllis

Ingredients

  • 2 C cooked chicken - diced
  • 3/4 C shredded cheese
  • 1/2 C celery
  • 1/2 C crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/3 C almonds
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 C mayonnaise
  • 1 9" baked pie shell

Preparation

Step 1

Toss all ingredfients together.
Turn into cold baked shell, cover with majo.

Garnish with grated carrots

Chill 30 minutes.
