Ingredients

  • 3 C EVOO (3/4 c)
  • 1 C white wine vinegar (1/4 c)
  • 1 T worchestershire sauce (1 t)
  • 2 T lemon juice (1/2 T)
  • 10 cloves garlic (2 cloves)
  • 1 T brown mustard ( 1 t)
  • 1 t each: oregano, basil, thyme,sugar, salt, pepper (1/4 t)

Preparation

Step 1

Serve with spinach, 4 oz feta, diced roma tomatoes, red onion rings, black olives.
